I have startup experience since 2004: - 10 years in Apontador (top 20 audiences in Brazil in its best years) - 10 years in Creditas (from early stage tech advisor to Series-F VP of Engineering in a 3000-employee company) My main strengths are the people part of technology (recruiting, onboarding, culture, leadership development, mentoring). I would be a great mentor for Series-A or Series-B startups that have these issues: - technical founder becoming overwhelmed when her/his team grows to more than 5 people - technical founder discovering he doesn't like/want to do people management - scaling the tech team - understanding the company needs Product and UX skills besides Engineering - hiring and defining leadership positions in product, tech and UX - creating a career ladder - assessing performance - no diversity, very few women on the team I speak fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese and I have started and managed a Creditas' office in Spain and Mexico City, so I have experience working in different time zones and with different cultures.
