I am a Senior Engineering Manager where I lead and mentor high-performing teams to drive impactful outcomes. My leadership philosophy is centered on fostering collaboration and continuous learning to achieve shared goals. I prioritize creating a culture of trust, open communication, and psychological safety within teams, encouraging the sharing of ideas and perspectives. Over the last decade, I have successfully doubled the size of every Engineering team I have managed, including my current role. I have a proven track record of effectively scaling teams while maintaining motivation and engagement, even in a remote-first distributed culture. My experience spans various industries, including eCommerce, Data Analytics, and Financial Services, and the teams I have led are diverse. Outside of my professional life, I am an advocate for mentorship and am passionate about promoting positive behaviors such as respect, accountability, and integrity. I am always eager to learn and continuously improve, both personally and professionally. In my free time, you can find me pursuing my hobbies, including reading and discussing the works of Plato and mentoring aspiring leaders.
