Anurag Sharda

I am Anurag Sharda, currently the Senior Director of Software Engineering and Infrastructure at SecureWorks. I have over 15 years of experience in managing software engineering and infrastructure, with a focus on developing and deploying secure, high-performance, and reliable systems. I am passionate about leading teams to succeed through technical and organizational challenges. I have a special interest in mentoring junior engineers and helping teams grow their technical skills and knowledge. My goal is to create a culture of learning and collaboration within our teams. Plato's philosophy of knowledge and wisdom has been a great source of inspiration for me. I believe in giving back to the community through mentorship and helping others grow their potential.
