I teach the path to software delivery excellence. I started my career as a full-stack web developer. That taught me sound software architecture principles and software engineering practices like test-driven development. Over time, I shifted focus to backend services and infrastructure. That led me to continuous deployment, production operations, SRE, DevOps, and ultimately to lean. Now my focus is knowledge sharing and developing the capabilities of others. I also host the Small Batches podcast.
