This includes extensive involvement in build vs buy decisions and worked closely with software architecture teams as an advisor on best practices. He has mentored developers, team leads, and Directors in career path development, interdepartmental communication skills, recruiting and conflict resolution. He has been an intricate part of building a company from start-up through high growth into responsible growth stages. I recently made a move from Engineering to Sales Engineering and am learning a lot about another area of business.
