Adil Mughal

I am Adil, an engineering leader with 15+ years of experience in building and shipping customer-facing software on various platforms (cloud, desktop, mobile), working with diverse teams across various culture and regions. In my current role at Nintex, I am responsible for the engineering of our low-code/no-code application platform, specifically focused on enabling users to build web and mobile forms on Nintex Automation Cloud. I have led and grown a diverse team of 40+ engineers, through managers, across Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia to deliver highly available services, while also coaching and managing talent. I'm a big advocate for continuous learning and adaptability. I believe in culture of strong communication, acting like owner, and bias for actions. In my leisure time, I enjoy riding bike around trails, reading books and often like to explore different sports. Usually, if I am not busy with chores, I spend time in playing uno cards with my 6yo son or playing chess with my 11yo daughter.
