I am Arsen Babayan, currently the Director of Engineering at Adobe. I have extensive experience in leading teams in engineering and quality assurance roles. Most recently, I have been managing the Online Casino setup project, overseeing all facets of operations. I also led the introduction of Virtual Betting vertical into the company’s service portfolio, resulting in an increase of 15% betshop profits. In the past, I was a Senior Manager of Quality Assurance and Release Operations, and a Manager of Quality Assurance. I have a passion for mentoring and teaching others. I frequently mentor junior engineers and help them to become the best they can be. One of my core values is the belief of Plato's quote: “Education is not the learning of facts, but the training of the mind to think”. In my spare time, I enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, and running. I also like to travel and explore new cultures.
