Shine Garg

I have spent 15 years helping tech companies build software products and platforms to meet their business needs. These companies range from as small as 150 employees to as large as 10,000+, and exist in both public and private sectors. My technical skills span multiple fields such as backend engineering, data engineering and machine learning, DevOps, and project and product management. In my latest role, my work resulted in three patent applications that are currently in progress. Over the last few years, my additional focus has been to mentor and coach software engineers to get to senior technical leadership positions. I read voraciously, like to cook and hike, and do yoga and meditation. My long mindfulness practice has been a huge asset in my life and is indispensable to my mentoring and coaching skills.
