I am Cherif Yaya, a Mobile Lead at Airbnb. I am involved in driving the mobile architecture and strategy for the company's apps and more recently focused on mobile developer experience. Previously, I was a Tech Lead at Facebook, where I led the team that rewrote the Facebook Pay peer to peer payments in the new iOS Messenger app. Before that, I led the Core iOS build team at Apple. I am passionate about mentorship and helping others develop their skills. In my free time, I enjoy reading and am always tinkering on a side project.
