April Fallon

April started her career in Civil Engineering before making her way to software program management and ultimately Engineering Operations. She spent 7 years working in Civil Engineering before she had the opportunity to parlay her construction project management experience into a project/program management role at an internet startup. She loved the fast pace of hi-tech and after 8 years at several start-ups and weathering the internet dot com bust, she landed at Yahoo! where she ran a program management team supporting the Sales organization. After 7 years at Yahoo! and two children later she took a 1-year needed break before she landed a role as the Chief of Staff to the SVP of Product at LinkedIn. She spent 4 years in the COS role and 2 years leading an enterprise business transformation project in the order-to-cash space. In the fall of 2019 she joined Rubrik, Inc. a startup in the data management and backup and recovery space. She runs Engineering Operations and a Technical Program Management Team.
