I'm the CTO at Vendasta which means that I support a research group (Product, Design, Engineering) of 200 or so folks. I've been a part of the company as it grew from around 20 to over 800 including our first round of funding, our first product revenue, our first acquisition, along with many other firsts. I spend a lot of time on people and process at our organization and love working with others to make improvements in these areas. I'm still a technology geek that loves to code and participate in solution architecture but that's a smaller part of the work I do.
