Damjan Culjak

Director of Engineering at ReversingLabs | Cambridge MA. I'm responsible for driving end-to-end project management for multiple products, creating and aligning division OKRs with the company's OKR and coaching, mentoring and motivating employees. I'm also responsible for driving new products innovation together with the product management team and developing solution and system architecture for SaaS applications, APIs & Feeds, Data pipelines and Analytics. In my previous role, I served as Senior Software Development Manager for ReversingLabs. During this time, I was responsible for the development roadmaps/strategy creation, prioritization, and execution for multiple products. Additionally, I coached, mentored, and motivated employees through regular 1-on-1 meetings and skip level 1-on-1 with team leads, architects, and software developers. In addition to my professional life, I'm passionate about mentoring others and helping them reach their full potential. I'm also passionate about developing innovative solutions to complex problems and have extensive experience with Plato, a mentoring platform created for this purpose.
