I am a trained mathematician that has spent most of my career helping people better leverage data and data platforms. Currently, I lead an engineering team at Netflix that builds and maintains tools toward this goal. In the past, I've done this enablement work through technical research, consulting, and program management with the U.S. Department of Defense, Booz Allen Hamilton, and early roles at Netflix. I have had success building technically excellent and highly empathetic engineering teams, and I get excited about opportunities to improve organizations by bridging gaps between technical and non-technical groups.
