I currently lead an org of 100+ engineers. Before Brex, I was the Director of Engineering at Betterment, starting as employee #3 and the first engineer, helping to grow the company to 300+ people. I started my career in consulting, before jumping over to startups. I'm passionate about mentorship and have mentored with various organizations in professional and youth/educational settings.
