Eric Perrin

I am Eric Perrin, a Director of Engineering with a 9-year experience in leading engineering teams and product development. I currently lead a team of 60 engineers and quality experts across the EMEA region to develop the next version of a marketing automation software used by 800+ customers. My focus is to prioritize work and ensure it is aligned with the big bets and to create a design-led product development culture. In my previous roles I have had a successful record of releasing new versions of products with an increased performance by 70%, reducing the number of customer issues by 25%, and moving the security to green. I have also mentored and groomed other engineers, developed long-term visions and strategies, and leveraged strong partnerships with Designers, Product Managers, and Customers. In my free time, I enjoy exploring philosophy, reading literature and mentoring younger engineers.
