I'm Hung Dao, an Engineering Manager at Toku. I lead the Payroll and EOR teams through rapid growth and advocate for engineering best practices and speedy deliverables. My most recent prior role was as Engineering Manager at Nextdoor, where I grew the size of the team from 2 to 6 engineers and promoted two engineers from junior to mid level. I also developed career paths for each engineer. Outside of work, I'm passionate about mentorship and supporting others in their career journeys.
