I lead two startups, and as a CTO, I lead the last one through successful acquisition. In my toolbox, I leverage KPIs, OKRs, Goal-settings methodologies, and personal communications to scale myself as a successful leader. I am using data and metrics to make critical decisions and create a platform for setting my teams to success at scale.
