Over the course of my technology leadership career ranging across startups, public tech companies, to multinational corporations, I've focused on building high-performing engineering teams in fintech, health tech, and e-commerce. I've learned that sustainably successful organizations are built on a simple truth: success is fundamentally engendered through cultivating great people underscored by principled leadership. In my experience, the best teams thrive when they feel safe to innovate and have the organizational latitude to view inevitable setbacks as learning and growth opportunities.
