José started coding at 14 years old and always saw himself as a geek. Somewhere during his journey, he had to pivot to leadership and he discovered a newfound passion. José has supported new tech founders, managed and mentored engineering directors, and has been acting as a VP of Eng. for almost 10 years. Throughout his career, José worked on all kinds of challenges, from cloud services to UI design. He has seen and overcome economic crises in startup and scale-up environments and has also seen the impact originating from hyper-growth.
