I'm JT Archie, a Senior Staff Engineer at Move, Inc. I specialize in utilizing advanced NestJS, GraphQL, AWS Neptune Graph, and Typescript technologies to create user journey enhancements, and I'm responsible for supervising a team of 8 engineers. During my time here, I've successfully scaled a critical application to handle over 150,000 requests per minute, as well as identified and achieved the strategic termination of outdated applications and coordinated with stakeholders to develop and implement quarterly project objectives. Prior to this, I held various positions in engineering and product development, with a particular focus on mentorship and developing deep understanding of customer needs. When I'm not working, I enjoy mentoring and teaching with Plato, a platform that provides access to quality education for everyone.
