Kevin Hoffmann

I'm Kevin Hoffmann, a tech build and design expert at BCG X. I focus on growing and mentoring our engineering team: reviewing resumes, writing job descriptions, conducting interviews and reviews, writing promotion criteria, and skills and career mentoring for engineers. I have coordinated with our Learning and Development team to offer trainings to engineers and have built and retained a team through COVID and remote working over the past three years. As part of this role, I have also teamed with staffing to find the best project fit our engineers and client needs. Beyond my current role, I have decades of experience in the tech and consulting industry. I have held various technical leadership roles with a focus on leveraging technology to drive business results, mentoring, and building high performing teams. My experience ranges from software engineering, product engineering, data engineering, and platform engineering. I'm particularly passionate about mentorship. In my free time, I enjoy playing jazz guitar.
