I'm Kim Phifer, CTO at Rho. I joined Rho in 2019 as the VP Engineering to help build the engineering team and oversee the development of new product. In that time I've helped scale the team from 8 engineers to a global organization of over 70 including engineering, IT, and data analytics. I'm passionate about building great products, creating a strong culture of ownership, and cultivating the next generation of engineers and engineering leaders. Prior to Rho, I was an early member of Snapchat’s engineering team where I worked on various teams including Platform Engineering & the SnapMap team. Outside of work, I love playing sports and spending time outdoors.
