Leading the accommodation platform team with 30 engineers and multiple subteams for the accommodation business at Airbnb and building the first generation of product and data platform that supports a large variety of supplies including private homes, apartments, hotels, event spaces, unique spaces, etc. I built and grew the team from 5 engineers to 30 engineers across frontend, backend, data, and machine learning expertise. I also founded the first subteam in Seattle in addition to the San Francisco office. I led the vision and strategy of the accommodation platform as the directly responsible individual across engineering, product, design, and data science.
