Hi folks, my name is Michael Galloway, and I am currently a Director of Platform Infrastructure at HashiCorp. Over my career I've held various technical titles (Eng, Architect, CTO, director, etc.), and I've worked in a variety of businesses from small startups (even co-founded one that was acquired!), to big names like Yahoo, Netflix, and now HashiCorp. Throughout my journey, I've had the opportunity to work with some amazing people, build and support teams and organizations, and learn a lot about what works in the field of Platform Engineering. My passion is in growing a culture of leadership, trust, and excellence within my organizations. There is no better feeling than seeing those within your group thrive and grow.
