I am an Engineering Manager, a Leadership Coach, and a mentor. I have 6 years of experience as an Engineering Manager and 15 years as a Software Engineer. I have been a Mentor with Plato for 5 years, and I will be professionally certified as a Coach by the end of this year. Throughout my career, I have gained experience in companies of various sizes and stages, working with teams of different structures and sizes. I have also navigated through reorganizations, ambiguity, uncertainty, and doubts, developing the skills to overcome challenges during difficult times. As an Engineering Manager, my objective is to design a positive experience for my team within the company and support their career growth. It took me a decade to discover my identity, strengths, and leadership style, and now I know better how I want to show up to my team and to the world.
