What initially brought me here was LinkedIn's outstanding reputation for fostering creative and collaborative work environments and its commitment to bringing people together which resonated with my career goals and values. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to contribute to the team and grow in my role, which has been a rewarding journey. Being an engineering manager allowed me to combine my technical skills with my leadership abilities. I find it immensely satisfying to take on challenging engineering problems and develop innovative solutions. The process of brainstorming, analyzing, and implementing solutions is both intellectually stimulating and rewarding. As an engineering manager, I also got the opportunity to guide and support my team members, helping them grow and develop their skills. It is gratifying to see my team succeed and reach their full potential.
