Prachi Tyagi

I am a seasoned Engineering Leader with over 2 years of experience in driving new verticals at DoorDash. In my role at Doordash, I have built and managed two 0-1 engineering teams from scratch for Parcels and Drive Convenience and Grocery (Dasher Shop, Deliver and Stage) product. I have also improved organizational health by 23% through building strong and diverse teams. As a leader, I am skilled in project management, engineering design and architecture, technology development, engineering execution, agile testing, project planning, team management, and leadership. Prior to my current role, I was a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Expedia Group. During my time there, I led multiple teams and projects, and played a key role in the development and success of the company's software products. I am proud to have mentored and coached many engineers, and have also been involved in Plato, a program focused on mentoring and developing future leaders. I am excited about the future and look forward to making a positive impact in the tech industry.
