Praful Kaul

Praful is the Chief Technology Officer of Transcarent, leading the company’s engineering, infrastructure, data science, IT, and security teams. He brings 20 years of experience in engineering, leadership, and technical product development. Before joining Transcarent, Praful was VP of Engineering at Rally Health where he was responsible for the Rally front-door and wellness experiences that served over 30 million members, an incentives engine that paid members $300M annually in rewards, central tooling, and Salesforce integrations. He also led the development of the digital coaching platform that powers weight loss, diabetes prevention and management, and wellness programs. Prior to joining Rally, he held different technology roles at Zynga, NetApp, and Transmeta. When not building technology to make high-quality affordable health and care easy to access, you can find Praful outdoors playing tennis with friends or hiking and biking the Bay Area trails with family.
