Pranav Lal

I am Pranav, Senior Director of GTM Systems at OneTrust. I am responsible for leading the business systems teams to deliver projects and production support for Sales, Customer Success and Support systems. I collaborate with business leadership to plan both short and long term goals. Additionally, I mentor and coach managers, developers, admins and architects in developing software within an agile environment. My goal is to grow high-performing teams and to develop opportunities for my team’s growth and success. Previous to OneTrust, I was the Director of Business Systems at Ethos Technologies, Inc. where I managed a distributed team of system developers and admins and drove their efforts to develop new systems. During my previous role, I also gained experience in improving efficiency by implementing best practices, new tools, dashboards, and other performance technologies. In my free time, I enjoy exploring new places, reading, and mentoring young professionals. I am passionate about helping others discover and pursue their passions.
