We're on a mission to help Engineers become better Engineering Leaders through a mentorship platform powered by a curated community of the best Engineering Leaders. Our mentors are highly experienced engineering leaders from top tech companies like Lyft, Slack, Facebook, Google, Spotify, Trello, and Netflix. I'm passionate about people development and driving tangible results for our customers. I've been leading Plato since 2018 and am proud of the work we've done to help people become better leaders. Prior to this, I was the Cofounder and CEO at another tech company. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, kitesurfing, skiing, hiking and spending time with my kids.
