From the start of my career writing automation scripts for the phone company, I never stopped searching for larger projects, more responsibility, and roles with greater impact. I've cultivated in myself the attributes I valued in the great leaders that I emulated: decisiveness, strength, courage, vision, and creativity. After over 25 years in software, I'm leading engineering organizations... and discovering that there's still so much more to learn about leadership. How can I help?
