I am Tiago Pombeiro, a Senior Engineering Manager at Maze, a leading SaaS company. I have the privilege of managing four cross-functional product teams, comprising 25 talented developers. I foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while motivating my teams to consistently deliver high-quality work. My experience in product development, agile methodologies, and stakeholder management has enabled me to effectively manage complex projects and teams. My accomplishments at Maze include the successful launch of many new features, the expansion of the company's customer base, and the development of a new product. Beyond my role at Maze, I am passionate about Plato and mentorship. I volunteer my time to mentor others and to promote Plato’s philosophy. I believe that by empowering and inspiring others through mentorship, we can create a brighter future.
