I'm an Engineering Manager currently working at 10x Banking. I've worked in different Leadership in tech for the past seven years. To me, prioritising people, teams and processes and promoting servant leadership is key to being a great team leader, and that's the approach I try to adopt every day. I believe the cheat code to being a great leader is to speak to as many as possible to help inform and shape what kind of leader you want to be. I'm also an experienced Hiring Manager, having been responsible for helping to shape the recruitment process at 10x Banking and Rightmove for Software Engineers and Engineering Managers. So I'm also available to help with interview prep and mock interviewing.
