With over 20 years experience in various technical roles, from software engineer to director of architecture and R&D, I have the knowledge and experience to mentor participants on their transition from engineering directors to CTOs and technical co-founders. I want to share my experience to help make the transition smoother and more successful for participants. Through the various sessions, I am excited to share not just the lessons I have learned but also the expectations for being successful in the role.

Circle Description

This Circle is designed to help Engineering Directors or Managers in big corporations transition smoothly into CTOs or Technical Co-Founders at early stage startups. Through four online sessions that will be hosted by an experienced mentor, participants will learn strategies to make the transition easier and more successful. The mentor will provide feedback and guidance to the participants, while also giving them the chance to share their own experiences.
