With my experience in managing both roles, I am well-equipped to guide participants through their own journey. In this circle, you will gain valuable skills as I guide you through the key differences and how they can impact your role. By the end of this circle, you will feel confident in your ability to effectively lead and direct your engineering team as well as stay tuned into your leadership politics and strategic landscape.
