I'm a two time CTO and startup founder. • My current startup, Plannery, is a seed stage company helping to solve the financial struggles of 20M healthcare workers in the US. We're both direct to consumer and B2B with healthcare employers at the intersection of fintech and healthcare. I lead product, design, and engineering. • From 2012-2020, I was the co-founder and CTO at Leanplum, a Series D stage startup focused on customer engagement for B2C companies. I helped grow the Product Development org to 70 people at its peak with significant local and offshore teams, and processing 20B+ API calls per day. Some of my areas of focus – defining our technical vision, cost optimization, large infrastructure migrations and technical debt removal, and reliability. I've gone in and out of IC, people management, and organizational management roles, and made a lot of mistakes along the way. Previously, I was a Software Engineer at Google. I love learning about other challenges people face in engineering, leadership, and founder roles and helping however I can.
