Sanjay has 20+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise products from concept to profit encompassing product development, building platforms for rapid delivery of robust applications and business strategy. At Atheer, Sanjay is focusing on building “Front Line OS”, a suite of AR and AI-powered applications to assist front line teams perform mission-critical work. As the co-founder and CTO of Flype (Acquired by Atheer), Sanjay was responsible for designing and building the next-generation cloud-scale platform for enterprises to connect with their customers – at a global scale. Before founding Flype, Sanjay worked at Saba Software, the leader in talent management. Over the years, Sanjay held a variety of leadership roles building out the engineering and product organization. Sanjay personally oversaw the vision, direction, and design of the Saba’s award-winning platform, including overseeing the launch of Saba Cloud platform, which generated over 200M+ annual revenue serving 33+ million users across 195+ countries and 40+ languages. Sanjay is passionate about identifying opportunities that deliver value to customers, creating innovative cloud-scale platforms to gain market share, and building high-performance teams.
