I’m Deekshita Amaravadi and I'm an Engineering Manager at Justworks. I'm responsible for leading the engineering team that works on helping companies grow, retain and manage talent. At Justworks, our mission is to help entrepreneurs and businesses grow with confidence. We do this with a simple and friendly platform, expert support from real people when it’s needed, and access to corporate-level benefits that ensure people feel secure and valued. Previously, I was a software engineer and mentor at Plato, a professional development platform for engineers. I was responsible for developing software, as well as mentoring and coaching engineers to help them reach their goals. I am passionate about helping others learn and grow, and have a deep understanding of mentorship and its role in developing successful teams. When I'm not working, I enjoy reading, watching movies, and exploring the outdoors.
