I am Rajesh Agarwal, VP of Engineering at Syncro. My focus on efficiency optimization and creating a culture of productivity has enabled me to expanded the engineering team 2X to 50 members and improve NPS scores from 9 to 45. I have also trained and mentored leaders, helping to build a positive organizational culture. In my prior roles, I have worked on product development and engineering initiatives, innovating processes and creating efficient teams. I am passionate about mentorship and have been a part of various Plato mentorship programs. In my free time, I enjoy teaching yoga and meditation, studying ancient scriptures and watching movies.
