Being a migrant IT Professional in Scandinavia

All of Scandinavia suffers from extreme homogeneous demography, which can be extreme challenge for migrant, especially non-EU tech workforce which not only continually struggles to integrate in society, but also soft-constructs like Culture Fit, fluency to speak local language take preference in hiring or promotions, while these may not be needed at all competencies at workplace. I already lead a tech nerd space called Nerd9 in Denmark where we often discuss this.
