Small startup, medium sized company, large enterprise company -- some people find themselves in a position of leadership that they weren't expecting or prepared for. Some people want to get into leadership but don't know how to demonstrate that they should be given the opportunity. In this circle we'll talk about good engineering leadership qualities to have starting out and what are the cornerstones of great leadership to be able to continue to grow on the path to the upper ranks.
