Circle Description

I wasn’t a born leader but the role found me and I had to learn on the job. In this circle we will talk about ways to cultivate leadership skills and what being a good leader really means. We will also discuss the cultural nuances and expectations of leadership in America. I have led engineering teams and technical services teams from 5 to 30 employees and enjoyed every minute of it.
