What people are saying about Limor

I had the pleasure of working with Limor as my executive coach for 10 sessions, and I can confidently say that she is an outstanding coach for women in tech leadership.

I highly recommend Limor to any woman in tech leadership who wants to improve her leadership skills and achieve her career goals. She is an exceptional coach and a great mentor, and I am confident that anyone who works with her will benefit immensely.

Or Mendels - Director UX/UI @ ZoomInfo

I had the joy of having Limor as a mentor during the first year of my software engineering career. I can’t imagine a better person to have had in my corner. Her depth of knowledge and experience was inspiring, and her willingness to share her wisdom and work with me through my challenges and fears was so appreciated. Our sessions played a huge role in my professional and personal growth. She was always warm, kind, and gave me gentle pushes when I needed it. I feel very fortunate to have had her guidance during such an important phase of my career.

Leslie Crunkilton - Software Engineer @ uShip

My mentorship with Limor over the past four months has been an incredible and empowering process. From the beginning of the mentorship process, I experienced Limor’s professionalism, accompanied by caring and giving her heart and soul.Limor knows how to help me refine and precise my career goals with an excellent and empowering method, leading me hand in hand to a place I have not dreamt I would reach so soon, if at all.Limor is focused, thorough, and super professional, and most important of all, she is an incredible person with a rare personality. As a mentee, I always felt secure and kept every step of the way in every direction I took.Limor was always available for any question, and she was always there for me in and between the sessions.I have never met someone who gives as much of herself and her professional knowledge as she does. I also want to mention Limor mentors me entirely voluntarily as part of the “Movilot” program for Haredi women that want to reach far in their careers and life.According to the program, we were supposed to meet every two weeks. Instead, Limor scheduled weekly sessions.Limor took the mission so seriously and gave above and beyond my expectations from her.It was important to her that I would reach the goal I set for myself at the beginning of the program. It is beyond volunteering, and it is giving herself completely. Whoever works with her wins the lottery from all aspects.

Anat Zevin - Software Development Manager @ Ness Technologies

Limor's coaching skills are unparalleled. You can draw a direct line between my most significant career achievements at the time and Limor's advice and wisdom. As engineering leaders, our role is to distill certainty from doubt, bring clarity and purpose, chart a path for our teams and organizations that leads to success. Unlike most coaches, Limor doesn't let you flounder about trying to figure things out. She happily shares her experience and knowledge, helping engineering leaders make sense of the inherent uncertainty of these positions. You always want Limor in your corner, and as long as she's there, you will excel. It's that simple.

Gil Goldman - Leadership Development Consultant @ Self-employed

I cannot articulate how valuable my mentorship relationship with Limor Bergman has been to my career. Limor is a mentorship unicorn for any female leader in tech. She’s technical, she’s led large teams for important organizations in our industry and she is always practicing what she teaches. Her years of experience makes her a well of sage advice and insight on my own challenges and she is always encouraging me and challenging me to go further and continue growing. This woman is the real deal.

Julissa Mackey - DevOps Team Lead @ CleanChoice Energy

Limor was helpful in providing advice on understanding how to recognize when it's time for a pivot, as well as things that make for a beneficial mentoring relationship.
