I went through this feelings as well. This Circle is first aid kit, when you don't have time to study books or long courses. It's designed as first remedy to pick, when you have only 3 hours of your precious time. It will help you to navigate in the new managerial role. It will give you support in your beginnings and help you to avoid already known dead ends. It will help you identify what to focus on, what to leave for later and what to ignore. It will help you establish relationships with important stakeholders around you. All the knowledge is based on my personal experience becoming Engineering Manager in the scaleup company during hypergrowth, where we the tripled size of Engineering department during 2 years. The same happened to my team. During that we were able to launch new product and establish sustainable workflows for everyone in the team.
